Works begin on the Novo Trebinje access road — first phase worth KM 3.5 million

The equipment includes modern devices for monitoring flow and pressure and for remote reading of water consumption at end users. It will enable faster identification of leaks and timely repairs, reducing non-revenue water and making the system more efficient.
