Works begin on the Novo Trebinje access road — first phase worth KM 3.5 million

The zone is on city-owned land next to the roundabout on the western bypass, 5.5 km from the centre. It covers 118,635 m² in total; in the first phase, more than 50,000 m² of fully serviced space will be available, organised into production and logistics modules of various sizes.
Zone users operate under a duty-free regime, are exempt from customs and other duties on goods, equipment and construction materials, and from VAT in cases defined by law. The City provides additional incentives, with special benefits for the first users. Expressions of interest will help plan the zone’s further development, and users will be selected through a public call.
