A city that grows by design
Novo Trebinje was presented on 31 January 2026 as a project of strategic importance. The new urban plan is in force, and the area also includes the Free Zone Trebinje.
The city offers first investors more favourable terms and promotional property prices, and for housing projects it provides the land and waives rent and development fees — a model that enables flats at below-market prices.
