The City of Trebinje’s Integrated Action Plan, developed under the URBACT IV programme, was presented at the City Administration. The meeting outlined the key results and activities of the project, which aims to reduce depopulation and increase the population of smaller European cities, and the plan’s importance for Trebinje’s further development.
According to Slobodan Vulešević, a member of the URBACT group, the plan is a flexible, non-political document and a tool for the City Administration. It is built around digitalisation and sets out four core pillars, including digitalisation of public administration, digitalisation of agriculture and process automation.
